We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required.
Skills
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who is willing to assist colleagues as needed.
