Role Overview

We're looking for a confident, personable, and passionate Front of House team member with solid Barista, Bartender and Admin experience to help deliver exceptional service. You'll be the first face our members and guests see, therefore it is essential you feel confrident increating a warm, high-quality experience from the morning caffeine fix to evening drinks.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome members and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional front-of-house presence.

Prepare and serve specialty coffee, wellness drinks, natural wines, and classic cocktails with skill and care.

Confidently operate both espresso machines and the bar, switching between day and evening service as needed (according to shift).

Manage till operations, orders, and stock rotation.

Maintain cleanliness and atmosphere of the cafe/bar area in line with our brand.

Support events, member bookings, and private hires with set-up and service.

Offer informal guidance on the space, simulators, and services available (training provided)- golf expereince of interest not essential but prefferred.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You...

Have barista experience in a specialty coffee environment and a solid knowledge of coffee prep techniques.

Have bartender experience, especially with wine and cocktails in a relaxed but high-quality setting.

Love delivering excellent hospitality and going the extra mile.

Thrive in a team environment, but can also manage a bar solo during quieter shifts.Have strong time management and multitasking skills.

Are comfortable chatting with a diverse, design-conscious, and wellness-minded clientele.

Are flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends (we are open 6.30am- 10pm).

Bonus Points If You...

Have a personal interest in golf, sport, wellness, or design.Have experience in boutique hospitality or members' clubs.

Hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
