You'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, and that every guest leaves happier than when they walked in. To be considered you must have a minimum of 1 years branded or independent restaurant experience, in a busy environment. We are a growing company with 15 sites and growing, There are several different brands in the company. Duties & Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home from the start, with a big smile and open arms

Inform guests of the menu's and find out about restrictions

Take and process orders accurately, ensuring every detail is just right

Serve food and drinks with care, following all food safety guidelines and ensuring brand standards are adhered to

Manage reservations and seating to keep guest flow smooth and efficient

Work closely with kitchen staff to deliver orders promptly

Keep the front of house spotless and organised, including tables, bar areas, corridors, guest toilets, all entrance and exits

Respond to guest enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and with professionalism

Answer the phone in a professional manner relaying all and relevant information to management

Help colleagues as and when needed, being the consummate professional

Take directions from Supervisors and Management in a courteous and welcoming manner

Handle guest dissatisfaction in a humble, welcoming and a courteous manner. Being careful to never be defensive, rather be open. Keeping management informed at every stage

Keeping yourself, your guests and the venue safe by always adhering to safety standards

Support catering events, making sure every detail is executed perfectly and as required by guests adhering to brand standards

Requirements:



Must have a minimum of 1 years branded or independent restaurant experience, in a busy environment.

Bartending knowledge is helpful, but not required

Understanding of food safety standards is highly valued. However Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergens Awareness certificates are highly preferred

Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset

Positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
