Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including restaurant service and bar work, contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards. Assist in food and drink preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Manage dining area cleanliness and organisation, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously. Support catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in serving and catering roles will be advantageous. Barista experience is a plus, enhancing our beverage offerings for guests. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
