Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly. Serve food and beverages, including bartending duties when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as required. Address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience in bartending or catering is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
