We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Part Time Front of House Team Members to join our team at Renoufs Cheese and Wine Bars. As a key part of our customer service experience, you will ensure that every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and well looked after. You'll have a passion for hospitality and a love for great food and wine. Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide table service, including taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and offering recommendations on our wine and cheese selections. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including wine pairings, to guide guests through their experience. Ensure the dining area is clean, well-presented, and meets our high standards of service. Address guest queries or concerns in a polite and efficient manner, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately. Assist with the preparation and presentation of cheese and charcuterie boards as required. Uphold Renoufs' standards of customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Work as part of a team to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Key Requirements

:

Prior experience in a front of house, waitstaff, or hospitality role is preferred. A passion for food, particularly cheese and wine, and the willingness to learn more about our menu offerings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a warm, inviting experience. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
