Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. You will play a crucial part in creating a positive dining experience, contributing to the overall atmosphere of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Manage seating arrangements efficiently. Assist with catering services, ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met. Serve food and drinks to customers while maintaining high standards of presentation and service. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is a must. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Eye for detail and a quick learning to have full knowledge about the menu. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team player mentality with a willingness to help colleagues as needed. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Be able to communicate well in English. Presentable and care for self hygiene.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 8.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
