We are seeking front of house staff to join our dynamic team at Isabella's restaurant in Porthcawl. This will include daytime, evening and weekend working or we can offer some evening or weekend working for those who may be in school or college. Pay will depend on age with 13 per hour (10 if younger).
We are looking for people who ideally have some experience in hospitality, however the most important requirement is to have good people skills. This is crucial in ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all our customers.
Duties include
Ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Greeting customers, taking orders accurately and delivering food and drinks.
Effective communication with the chefs to ensure timely service.
Ensuring a high level service to customers, dealing with issues professionally to enhance customer experience.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, ensuring it meets quality standards.
Qualifications
Ideally experience within the hospitality sector.
A good team player.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for customers.
