About Us:

Thorpe Hall Golf Club is a prestigious golf club renowned for its stunning surroundings, exceptional facilities, and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for enthusiastic and professional bar staff to join our team and deliver an outstanding experience to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve beverages and food to members and guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to club standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Handle payments accurately and operate the till system. Assist with stock management, including restocking and inventory checks. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with members and guests. Support team members in delivering events, functions, and busy periods.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of drink preparation and service (training will be provided). A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
