Front of House Staff Member

to join our team full-time.

This is a varied, customer-facing role ideal for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Alongside front of house duties, the role will also involve supporting with

accommodation room changeovers and cleaning

, as well as handling

customer bookings via email and telephone

. A keen eye for detail and confident communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and serving customers in a professional and friendly manner Taking food and drink orders and operating the till Responding to emails and answering telephone enquiries Taking and managing customer reservations for the restaurant and accommodation Ensuring a clean and tidy front of house area at all times Assisting with changeovers and cleaning of guest accommodation rooms Supporting the wider team in delivering a high-quality customer experience Adhering to health and safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in a front of house or hospitality role is essential Confident in handling customer communication via phone and email Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings and weekends A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic High attention to detail, especially in cleaning and presentation
