We have a number of great opportunities to join our team in Merthyr Tydfil as a member of our Front of House staff in a restaurant with an excellent reputation for our food inspired by the southern coasts of Italy.

We are looking for friendly, reliable and experienced people who will fit well with the team and ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. You must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:?

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner and attentively taking food and drink orders?

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries?

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organised restaurant

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:?

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry?

- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register?

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
