Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Provide support to bartenders and catering staff during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Uphold the restaurant's standards for hospitality, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A keen interest in food preparation, bartending, or catering would be advantageous.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
