The Renaissance at Kelham Hall Ltd are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our guests, 16 hours a week. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Manage catering requests and ensure that all events run smoothly. Serve food and beverages, including bartending duties when required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.
