Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Support bartending activities as needed, including serving drinks and managing the bar area. Assist in catering events, ensuring all aspects of service meet our high standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 24,420.00-37,374.03 per year
