Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service experience. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. A background in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous, as you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders promptly.
- Take orders and use the Epos System responsibly
- Assist in the wedding venue delivering high quality service to our wedding parties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front end area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Serve drinks behind the bar
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and positive outcomes.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Skills in catering or food preparation are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing your ability to assist during busy periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition are essential for this customer-facing role.
