We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, from serving and catering to food preparation, all while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to presentation standards. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and dining spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Skills in catering or barista experience would be advantageous. A strong understanding of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service are required. Experience in food preparation is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.
