We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidates will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing excellent service to guests and ensuring a memorable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in catering, serving, and food safety within a dynamic environment. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area in accordance with food safety standards
Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
Support barista duties, including preparing specialised coffee drinks when necessary
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Bar / making drinks.
Experience
Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory
Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures is desirable
Bar experience is preferred.
Experience in restaurant environments or barista roles will be considered a plus
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills within the hospitality sector
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
