We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Provide menu information, answer queries, and assist guests with food and drink selections. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all food safety standards are upheld. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Support bartending duties when necessary, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Uphold high standards of customer service at all times, addressing any guest concerns promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. A friendly demeanour with a genuine desire to help others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Experience in catering or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.25-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
