ABOUT THE ROLE:

The successful candidate must be passionate, innovative, hard working and willing to learn. Experience in a Similar role would be preferable, but we are also open to training someone to supervise. 3&1/2 days per week and hourly pay Closed Christmas and very flexible 5&1/2 weeks holiday Our style of food has its roots in honest Irish cookery which is creatively developed with flare in both skill and presentation. We want our front of house to share this passion for food, in our beautifully restored farmhouse restaurant.
