Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer requests are met. Prepare food items according to safety and hygiene standards. Serve beverages, including cocktails and soft drinks, while adhering to responsible serving practices. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and bar counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Bartending skills are an advantage; training may be provided for the right candidate. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11.44-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
