Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting with their needs, and contributing to a seamless dining experience.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Provide menu information and recommendations to guests, showcasing knowledge of food and beverages. Support bartending activities, including preparing drinks and serving alcohol responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in catering events as required, ensuring all food preparation meets quality standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced till at the end of shifts.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous. Experience in bartending or catering services would be beneficial for this role. A strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are key to success in this position.
