Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our restaurant while providing outstanding guest services.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude. Take and process orders accurately, ensuring attention to detail in food preparation and guest requests. Assist in managing reservations and maintaining an organised seating chart. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and adherence to food safety standards. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables, menus, and service stations. Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food preparation or other tasks as needed. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services to enhance the dining experience. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being proactive in assisting guests.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
