Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm welcome. Take and process orders accurately, using the point-of-sale system. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Support catering events as required, assisting with setup and service.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for interacting with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
