We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to food preparation, hospitality, and customer interaction, all aimed at enhancing the dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Assist with food preparation in accordance with food safety standards. Take orders accurately and efficiently, communicating any special requests to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and cater to dietary requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Handle cash and card transactions responsibly while ensuring accurate billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
