We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain an organised front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations. Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as required. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Skills in catering, serving, and food preparation are highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Barista experience is an advantage for those interested in beverage service. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are crucial. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
