Duties

Assist in supervising daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas to ensure smooth service delivery. Help with food preparation and production, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Provide leadership and support to kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Train new employees in food preparation techniques and kitchen protocols. Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, striving for excellent service at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a hospitality environment is preferred. Strong background in food production, food preparation, or cooking is essential. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers alike. A passion for the commitment to delivering high-quality service.
