Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all customer preferences are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organisation throughout service periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally. Uphold food safety standards by adhering to hygiene regulations at all times. Assist in catering events as required, providing exceptional service to guests.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in bartending or food preparation is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to help others are crucial for this role.
