Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service. Your role will encompass various duties, from assisting with food preparation to managing catering events, all while upholding the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, adhering to food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. Support catering operations by setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and efficient service. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Uphold the establishment's standards for hospitality, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in bartending or food preparation is an advantage but not mandatory. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
