Job Title: Front End Associate

Job Summary:

As a Front End Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized front end area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the establishment.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide information about promotions or special offers.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end area, including cashier stations and displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures.

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of catering, food preparation, bartending, food safety, hospitality, restaurant operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
