We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team to help us over the festive period. This may lead to a permanent role(s) for the right candidate. This role is integral to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and well cared for. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Support bartending activities when necessary, preparing drinks according to established recipes. Assist in catering events as needed, contributing to the overall success of special occasions.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards helping others. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in bartending or catering would be advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are crucial for success in this role.
