Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their experience is enjoyable from start to finish. You will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional service and support in various capacities, including catering, food preparation, and bartending.

Duties

Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow. Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the dining experience. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times. Support catering operations by setting up and breaking down events as required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly advantageous. Experience in bartending or catering services would be beneficial for those applying for specific roles within the team. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a positive attitude are crucial for success in this position. Salary will depend on the experience
