Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including bartending, food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, in accordance with established recipes. Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and bar counters. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Bartending skills with knowledge of drink recipes is an advantage. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 42 per week
