Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Assist with food preparation as required, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support catering events as needed, contributing to the overall success of the service.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members alike. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service.
