Front Of House Staff
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a front of house person to join our team over the age of 21. The ideal candidate will have a background in catering, restaurant, or hospitality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with menu selections
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process payments using POS systems
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front end and restaurant
- Assist in food preparation and catering setup as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is useful but not necessary
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines ,we will pay for your level 1 Health & hygiene course
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Willingness to help in various areas of the establishment

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
