We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events or catering services. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest satisfaction. Support team members during busy periods by helping with food preparation or bartending as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous. Familiarity with bartending practices or catering services would be beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in delivering outstanding service.

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour
