Overview: We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their shopping needs
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised front end area
- Assist with food safety practices and ensure compliance with regulations
- Help customers with catering orders and provide information on menu items
- Support bartending duties during events or functions
- Assist with food preparation and serving when required
- Uphold hospitality standards by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
