Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Support catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of the service provided. Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times, reflecting the values of our establishment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Experience in bartending or catering is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike. A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing excellent service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: 12.39-14.30 per hour
