We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service throughout their experience. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen staff as necessary. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Provide attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience, responding promptly to requests or concerns. Support bartending duties as needed, including serving alcoholic beverages responsibly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist in catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of the service provided.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous. Experience in bartending or catering will be considered a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset will contribute significantly to your success in this position. Experience in food delivery portals, such as Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats, would be particularly desirable.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
