Bouchon De Rossi are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated weekend front of house Staff to join our vibrant team.

Start and finish shift times

Saturday lunch 12 - 4

Friday/Saturday night 5.30 - 10.30

As a vital part of our restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome.

The candidate must be very organised, able to work well in a team as well as independently, as well as being flexible and have a cheery disposition. Also, must have previous hospitality experience.

The scope of the job includes: -

Maintaining a high level of customer service. Assisting the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operation of the business Always be professional Flexibility
The candidate will be required to work, week evenings and weekends Friday and Saturday normal start time 5.30 - finish 10.30

Closed - Sunday and Mondays

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. Provide support during busy periods, including bartending and catering events. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally in person and over the phone. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times. Clean and stock up at the end of shift, in all areas of business if required.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential Skills in bartending A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
