Christopher's & The Peel Aldergate, an established family run bistro and hotel. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused individuals to join our existing Front of House team. You will be a creative thinking character looking for your next career challenge of helping to move this much loved business onto the next level.
As our restaurant and bar assistant manager you will be,
Friendly and professional with customers
You will always be looking to enhance customer experience and pay attention to detail.
You will be able to keep calm and professional during busy periods in the restaurant.
Ensure that guests have a memorable visit for all of the right reasons!
Show a sense of urgency towards guest requests
You will be able to work along side colleagues in a well organised manor.
Able to maximize on the sale opportunities through up selling.
Ensure that all areas of the bar and restaurant are kept immaculately clean and tidy.
Be responsible for interviewing and recruiting new team members.
Develop staff rotas, ensuring that each shift has the correct level of employees working.
Maintaining stock levels and re-ordering.
Evenings and weekends will be an integral part of your working week.
