We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individual with at least 2 years experience to join our vibrant front of house team. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all front-of-house operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
Take orders accurately and provide detailed information about menu items, including food preparation methods and specials.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customers concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces, bar areas, and waiting areas.
Support catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown of events.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately while following company policies for financial procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
Knowledge of bartending practices is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive attitude towards helping customers and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
