Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks in accordance with established standards of service. Assist in food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and billing. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including food safety protocols.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience in serving or culinary roles is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively. Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanour. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A proactive approach to upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction. Kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Pay: From 12.21 per hour
