Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front end area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Support bartending duties during peak hours, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Participate in catering events when required, providing excellent service to guests.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in restaurant settings, food preparation, or catering is a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
