Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Assist in food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established protocols, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and equipment. Handle catering tasks as required, ensuring all events run smoothly from start to finish. Provide support as a barista when needed, preparing coffee and other beverages to perfection. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with catering services is advantageous. Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices are essential. Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility within the role. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is crucial, along with the ability to work well under pressure.
