Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team at VOLA. In this dual role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, delivering warm, attentive service on the floor and behind the bar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a lively hospitality environment and is eager to develop their skills in both service and mixology.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely service Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction Assist with table service, clearing, and resetting for smooth turnover Support bar operations including preparing drinks, pouring wines, and pulling pints Receive additional training to create cocktails to spec, learning the basics of mixology Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor and bar Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented demeanor Solid understanding of food safety standards and practices Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting A genuine passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction
