Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organised and ready for service.
Support food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Assist in bartending duties as required, including preparing drinks and serving alcohol responsibly.
Uphold high standards of hospitality to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential - training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing excellent service.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
A passion for catering and food preparation is an advantage.
