Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food handling and service. Support bartending staff during busy periods, assisting with drink preparation as needed. Participate in catering events, providing excellent service to guests in various settings.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A team player who is willing to help colleagues across different roles within the establishment. Experience in bartending or catering will be considered a plus.

Pay: 10.00-12.95 per hour
