We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This position requires individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a strong understanding of food safety and preparation.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Support catering operations as needed, ensuring seamless service during events. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Assist with bartending duties when required, ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in catering or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Proficiency in food preparation techniques, with an eye for detail in presentation. Bartending skills would be an advantage but are not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well within a team environment. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of service.
