Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team at the dog and pickle. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service. Your role will involve assisting with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, whether it be in a restaurant, catering event, or bar setting.

Duties

Greet and assist customers as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations. Assist with food preparation and presentation as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit. Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails. Participate in catering events, ensuring all aspects of service are executed flawlessly.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality role is advantageous but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is preferred. Experience in bartending or catering can enhance your application but is not mandatory. A passion for providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards teamwork are essential qualities for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 45 per week
