We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This position requires individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a strong understanding of food safety and preparation.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Support catering operations by preparing food items and assisting with event setups as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure guest safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Bartending skills are advantageous for this role. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: 7.50-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 45 per week
